VIP considers safety fundamental for all of its operations. VIP has used Incident Frequency as a key indicator for a long time now, and plans to expand the IF scope in 2023 to subcontractors and hired workers (IF Total). VIP’s goal is that all people feel valued and respected as individuals. For health and inclusion, VIP aims for more balanced gender representation, while not excluding broader diversity improvements. VIP believes that more diversity only adds value by contributing towards an inclusive environment and to reducing inequalities (SDG 10). VIP further focuses on improving the Return on Inclusion (ROI) score. VIP plans to measure the impact of its inclusion initiatives with help of its ROI indicator.
